Turtle Rock Studios’ not so awesome pvp game will be going free to play soon for PC and then for PS4 and Xbox One at a later date. The Free to Play version will feature a weekly rotation of characters and monsters for new players to the franchise with plenty of ways to unlock the one you like for free through the new in game currency of Silver Keys. For those who still own the game or have purchased the DLC, you will be known as Legacy Evolve Players and you will have instant access to everything you purchased so don’t worry.
The game will also feature daily challenges, unlocks and rewards for players as well as some new gameplay and performance upgrades.
Titled Evolve: Stage 2, it will also feature in game purchases however Turtle Rock Studio is still working out the price points. More information on the release date for each system coming soon.

Turtle Rock Studio has stated that they will shut down the Evolve servers soon.
