For Honor is close to ending season 1 with (as of right now) The Vikings and The Samurai battling it out for 1st place and Ubisoft is gearing up for season 2 by announcing a few new items. In For Honor season 2, we will be getting access to:
- 2 brand new heroes
- new epic rarity gear
- new maps
- new customization items
- and new gameplay updates (we will update this article when a full, detailed list is available).
For the new characters, it is interesting that there are 3 factions yet, there are only 2 new heroes coming. The two heroes are for the Samurai and the Knights and they are:
Name: Shinobi
Affiliation: Samurai
Weapon: Kusarigama
Gameplay style: Fast paced style, comparable to the Nobushi
Name: Centurion
Affiliation: Knights
Weapon: Roman Gladius
Gameplay style: close quarters combat, comparable to The Warlord
For those who bought the season pass, you will be able to unlock both heroes immediately on May 16th when season 2 begins along with the new maps but for those who chose to save their money on a useless season pass, you will unlock the heroes using steel on May 23rd. If you haven’t been playing For Honor, I recommend you get back into playing as once season 1 concludes, unique rewards will be available so… Let’s Go Vikings!
